Most sauna installations are more straightforward than people expect. We design every Chillfire sauna around your available space, electrical access, and how you plan to use it — so there are no surprises.

01What's the process to get a sauna?+

Reach out with your contact info so we can discuss your specific install conditions and help you select the correct model. In many cases we prefer a site visit to determine whether it's a standard install or needs additional site prep. Once details are finalized we take a 50% deposit to cover materials — 2-4 weeks for materials, and a standard installation takes about 2-3 days. We then test everything, walk you through operation, and stay available for support.

02What are the health benefits of sauna?+

Sauna has been shown to support health by lowering the risks for heart disease and neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's, and by reducing inflammation, improving recovery from muscle soreness, and more.

03Can I write off a sauna?+

Sauna is recognized in the medical community as very effective at supporting the treatment of a wide variety of diseases and conditions. With a doctor's recommendation you could write off a large portion of the install expense and save.

04What is the maintenance on a sauna?+

Saunas have no moving parts, pumps, or seals, and are very simple mechanically to maintain. There are no harsh chemicals to handle or soak in.
